Some things the Swiss just do best: herbal candies, "Schoggi" (chocolate), pocket knives, and of course, cheese! Marco our host, is a true Swiss, he loves to introduce our guests to the high art of fondue and raclette. His selection spans from classic meat fondues in oil or broth, to a vegetarian and even vegan fondue. The original Swiss cheese fondue is a must-try for any cheese lover. Prefer grilled and melted delights? Then the Raclette is just the meal you need. For dessert, treat yourself to pure chocolate happiness with our chocolate fondues made from the finest Swiss & Belgian chocolate.

Our Raclette & Fondue Stübli is open Thursday to Sunday from 6:00 PM. Reservation required!

Sonja is the expert when it comes to all things that fizz and sparkle. Having managed bars and nightclubs long before the dream of Acherl became reality, her bar menu reflects her refined taste. Discover a carefully curated selection of gins, vodkas, whiskies, rums, mules, Acherl specials, and of course, wines, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.

Looking for something refreshing without the kick? Sundowners or aperitifs without alcohol are also available at our lounge bar. With Sonja, "no alcohol" is always a great option, too.
