By train
Achenkirch am Achensee is not badly connected by train! We would be delighted if you would leave your car at home for the sake of the environment and travel by public transport.
From Munich main station, for example, take the regional train to Tegernsee and from there the bus in the direction of Pertisau, getting off at the "Achenkirch Abzw. Achensee" stop.
Or take the train from Salzburg main station to Jenbach, then the bus to Maurach and from Maurach take the bus to our bus stop "Achenkirch Abzw. Achensee".

Remember the mandatory vignette on Austrian highways and expressways, right? And please keep an eye on the weather and road conditions in winter. Winter tires are mandatory from November 1 to April 15. All-season tires are not sufficient.
We offer free outdoor parking spaces on our property.
An electric charging station is located right next to the house. With your Acherl card, you can conveniently charge your vehicle during your stay and pay at check-out
Check-in: Your room will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM. If you are arriving after 6:00 PM, please notify us briefly.
Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the room by 11:00 AM.
If any changes to the invoice are necessary, such as address, company details, splits, or other adjustments, please inform us the day before to avoid longer waiting times at check-out.
You are welcome to use our Acherl relaxation and experience areas free of charge on both your arrival and departure days, before check-in or after check-out.
If you'd like to start your first day of vacation with breakfast, enjoy our Acherl indulgent breakfast for just €20 per person / €10 per child (6 years and older).
You love Lake Achensee and the surrounding mountains as much as we do, and that's why we believe that you can help us to protect our nature. For example like this:
Always take your trash back with you, or at least to the nearest trash can.
Only take as much from the buffet as you can actually eat. It's better to take smaller portions and go for a second helping as often as you like.
Bring your own flip-flops for the wellness area.
Use your hand and shower towels multiple times and simply hang them up on the hooks in the bathroom. We only change towels that are on the floor.
You can also reuse the sauna towels. For sauna visits, we have small seat towels that you can change after each session.
Occasionally skip a room cleaning during your stay.
Travel to Acherl by bus or train.
Refresh yourself with our wonderfully clear mountain water! In your room, you'll find a carafe and glasses. There's no need for far-travelled mineral water, especially in plastic bottles.
Double check! When you're out by the lake or in the mountains, please don't leave any trash behind in nature. There are plenty of trash bins throughout the valley for disposal.

Also worthwhile is the Achensee Erlebniscard, which gives you unlimited use of the Karwendel cable car and the Rofan cable car, for example! All information can be found on the website of the Achensee Tourist Office.
Golfing on the most beautiful greens in the region. Alpengolf Achenkirch is just 1,900 m from Acherl, and the Pertisau Golf Club is only 16 km away.
As our guests, you will receive 20% discount on the green fee at Achenkirch Golf Club.

Mountain bikes and e-bikes are available from our neighbor Busslehner Sports, just 350 m from the Acherl, www.busslehner-sports.com.
Tip: For the vacation season, when demand is particularly high, it's best to reserve your rental bikes online here in advance!
Our hotel shuttle operates free of charge 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon to and from the ski lift and the (ski) bus stop is 200 m from the Acherl.
We have a private, enclosed bike and ski storage garage, which can be opened with a code.
You can get ski, snowboard and cross-country skiing equipment from our neighbor Busslehner Sports, just 350 m from the Acherl: www.busslehner-sports.com.
Busslehner Sports also has a branch directly at the valley station of the Christlum Express.

Moments of Enjoyment for Everyone
Start your day with an extensive, regional breakfast buffet – the perfect foundation for everything the day has to offer. Here, one thing matters most: freedom and flexibility. Book our half board and let yourself be pampered: a delicious breakfast and a wonderful 5-course dinner in the evening.
Alternatively, you can simply choose a stay with breakfast, taste your way through the region, and end your vacation with a culinary experience at our Raclette & Fondue Stübli. A real highlight you shouldn't miss!

Well-behaved and clean dogs, kept on a leash, are warmly welcome at Acherl upon prior notification.
For your four-legged friends, we charge €25.00 per pet per day (regardless of size & without food) at the main house. Pets are not allowed in the suites and studios.
With these details, we aim to assist you in preparing for your vacation:
If a more extensive final cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge an additional €75.00. In case of any damage, we reserve the right to charge for repairs.
Out of respect for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining and wellness areas, play areas, or on the lawns near the pool and children's areas. However, leashed dogs are warmly welcome in our fireplace lounge, on our sun terrace, and in certain areas of the lawn.
Dogs are not allowed on the bed or upholstered furniture, thank you!
Please only leave your dog alone in the room if they are well-behaved. If so, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door. If you'd still like your room to be cleaned, please come to the reception so we can arrange a suitable time.
Around Acherl, you’ll find great hiking trails and meadows for your dog to run around. For leash and muzzle regulations within the municipality of Achenkirch, please check here. Please be mindful of livestock and any related notices. The "forgotten" dog code can be fatal with cows.
The nearest veterinarian is Dr. Christian Messner in Schwaz.

Unfortunately, Acherl is not fully accessible yet. The bar, restaurant, restrooms are barrier-free.
The entire Acherl is a non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is permitted on your balcony and in designated outdoor areas. Thank you for helping make Acherl an oasis for everyone.
The visitor's tax is € 3 per person per night and is not included in the accommodation prices shown on the website. Children and young people who reach the age of 15 in the year of their visit are exempt from the tax.
Payment:
For a booking, we require a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% to be paid on-site.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 40 days before arrival. After that, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms apply. In case of early departure, we will have to charge for the entire duration of your stay.
